Cheetah Girls

Cheetah Girls

Feline Frenzy

Interviewing Cheetah Girls is like a big gab fest. First, Sabrina Bryan, Adrienne Bailon, and Kiely Williams greet you with a warm hug, instantly welcoming you into their world. Their conversations bubble and range from what mascara I'm wearing to the sodium content of the soya sauce they're using during our lunchtime interview. The girls talk over one another and get along like crazy. They laugh at their differences and oddities, and really have fun being together.

Zeeks: Do you find teen girls always want to be older than they are?
Sabrina: I know a lot of seniors in high school that I still watch the Disney channel.
Adrienne: I was playing make-believe until I was 15 years old.

Zeeks: How old are you all?
Kiely: 17
Adrienne: We age differently than normal people because we're cheetahs.

Zeeks: Are you into everything cheetah?
Kiely: We love getting dressed up, so we have been looking at all the fashion magazines and one of the hottest trends is animal print. Hello, Yves Saint Laurent has the new 'muse' bag in cheetah. Sabrina is getting the Louis Vuitton cheetah bag. We all got cheetah Uggs as a tour gift.
Sabrina: We actually get to wear all this cool stuff.

Zeeks: Is your tour bus painted cheetah too?
Kiely: We have a purple bus.
Adrienne: It's not cheetah; we're very sad…

Zeeks: How do you pass the time on the bus?
Adrienne: We decorate the bus. Sabrina has a chandelier on top of her bed. It's such a princess bed. The back of our bus, we have a lounge and we call it the princess lounge and it has pink furry pillows and blankets and a princess mirror with a crown.

Zeeks: Do you all have the same taste? I wouldn't have wanted pink furry pillows.
Adrienne: We all know the princess lounge is incredible silly. We don't think it's hot, but we think it's funny.

Zeeks: What about movies on the bus?
Kiely: Ace Ventura, Kicking & Screaming, and Wedding Crashers. We have a strange senses of humor. We have to be able to repeat it over and over. Like from Kicking & Screaming, we walk around all day saying, 'Give me my juice box, Juice Box!' and people will look at us like we're crazy.' We also imitate the way Will Ferrell says "liar" in the film.

Zeeks: Would you like to do a goofy, over-the-top comedy?
Kiely: I think we'd be pretty funny. I just don't think anyone would look at us the same. They'd be like, 'What is wrong with those girls?'
